Magpure circulating DNA LQ kit is the free DNA of serum, plasma and other cell-free liquid samples (> 100bp ) Extraction provides a simple and fast solution. The kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 60 minutes. The kit can be used in automatic nucleic acid extractors such as Hamilton workstation, Kingfisher ml, Kingfisher flex and Kingfisher duo. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, virus DNA detection and other experiments.
