MagPure Gel Pure DNA Kits is suitable for the recovery of 50bp-20Kbp DNA fragments from agarose gel with various concentrations. In addition, the kit is also suitable for the recovery and purification of DNA from PCR products, enzymatic reaction solution, or crude DNA (including genomic DNA) obtained by various methods. The kit was purified by magnetic bead method, which could ensure the purification in 20 ~ 30 minutes. The efficiency of DNA recovery can be as high as 80%.
