MagPure Fast Blood DNA Kit provides a simple and rapid solution for DNA extraction of biological samples such as anticoagulant blood, concentrated blood, leukoplakia, lymphocytes and cultured cells. The kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 60 minutes. The purified DNA includes genomic DNA, mitochondrial DNA, viral DNA (such as hepatitis B), or DNA of other parasitic microorganisms. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, virus DNA detection and other experiments.
