Magpure plant DNA LQ kit provides a simple and rapid solution for rapid DNA preparation of conventional economic plant samples. The kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 60 minutes. The kit can be used in automatic nucleic acid extractors such as Kingfisher ml, Kingfisher flex and Kingfisher duo. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, transgenic detection, fluorescent quantitative PCR, Southern hybridization, SNP analysis and other experiments.
