Magpure bacterial DNA kit provides a simple and fast solution for DNA extraction of gram negative or positive bacteria. The kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 60 minutes. The kit can be used in automatic nucleic acid extractors such as Kingfisher ml, Kingfisher flex and Kingfisher duo. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, Southern hybridization and other experiments.
