HiPure Purification Technology (Silica Column Based)
HiPure purification technology uses glass fiber membrane as the matrix to make the nucleic acid isolation process from complex centrifugation to easy filtration. The principle of HiPure purification technology is that under the condition of high salt concentration, the nucleic acid will adsorb with the silanol group on the glass fiber, while the protein and other impurities will not be adsorbed and removed. After the impurities are removed by washing, the nucleic acid will be eluted from the glass fiber under the condition of low salt concentration, so as to achieve the purpose of nucleic acid purification. HiPure purification technology greatly speeds up the process of nucleic acid purification. It takes only 10~20 minutes to isolate high-quality DNA or RNA from most biological samples. In addition, the easy operation of HiPure purification technology greatly improves the stability of the experiment. MaxPure Purification Technology (Improved Silica Column Based)
MaxPure purification technology uses the improved glass fiber as the matrix, which can greatly improve the permeability and binding capability of the filter membrane. Compared to the traditional filter membrane, the binding ability of MaxPure filter membrane is 20-50 times higher, and its permeability is also much higher. MaxPure purification technology provides a better solution for plasmid extraction, which can obtain high yield and high concentration of plasmid DNA (1-3ug/ul).
MagPure Purification Technology (Magnetic Bead Based)
MagPure purification technology is designed for automatic nucleic acid extraction. In this technology, superparamagnetic particles are used as the matrix and coated with silanol or carboxyl groups on the surface, which makes the particles to adsorb nucleic acids specifically, so as to achieve the purpose of nucleic acid purification. SafPure technology combines sample preservation, transportation and nucleic acid extraction to provide perfect solutions to users. After mixing the biological sample with the protective solution, it can be transported at room temperature or on ice without worrying about the degradation of nucleic acid. The samples stored in the preservation solution can be extracted by a special kit to obtain high-purity and high-quality nucleic acids. AllPure Purification Technology (DNA/RNA/Protein Co-Extraction)

AmPure Technology (Direct PCR)
