Hipure plasma kits provides a rapid and economical solution for conventional plasmid preparation. Hipure plasma micro kit uses a small amount of silica gel column purification technology to extract several samples in 30 minutes. The whole operation process does not need to contact with phenol, chloroform and other organic matter extraction, nor time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The purified plasmid can be directly used for automatic sequencing, enzyme digestion, PCR and labeling. Hipure plasma micro kit is suitable for extracting 5-35 μ g high copy plasmid DNA from 1-5ml bacterial culture medium.
