Hipure plasma kits provides a rapid and economical solution for conventional plasmid preparation. Hipure plasma mini kit uses a small amount of silica gel column purification technology to extract several samples in 20 minutes. The whole operation process does not need to contact with phenol, chloroform and other organic matter extraction, nor time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The purified plasmid can be directly used for automatic sequencing, enzyme digestion, PCR and labeling. Hipure plasma mini kit is suitable for extracting 20-80 μg high copy plasmid DNA from 5-15ml bacterial culture medium.
