Hipure plasma kits provides a rapid and economical solution for conventional plasmid preparation. Hipure plasma MIDI kit uses a medium volume silica gel column purification technology, which can extract several samples in 40 minutes. The whole operation process does not need to contact with phenol, chloroform and other organic matter extraction, nor time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The purified plasmid can be directly used for automatic sequencing, enzyme digestion, PCR and labeling.
