Rapure total RNA kit is the fastest method to extract total RNA from cultured cells, animal tissues, plants, bacteria and other samples. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 20 minutes. The purified RNA can be directly used in RT-PCR, Northern blot, poly-A purification, nucleic acid protection and in vitro translation experiments. The series provides 4 specifications of products to meet different needs.
