Hipure unviersal RNA kits combines the classical one-step RNA extraction reagent with silica gel column purification method, which can greatly improve the purity of RNA and the universality of samples. The purified RNA can be directly used in RT-PCR, microarray analysis, second generation sequencing, cDNA library construction and so on. Tissue / cell samples were homogenized by one-step RNA Extraction Reagent (magzol reagent), and then extracted with chloroform to remove genomic DNA and protein. The supernatant was mixed with ethanol and then transferred to RNA column for further purification of RNA. Impurities and salt were removed by washing solution. Finally, high purity RNA was washed out with DEPC water. Hipure unviersal RNA mini kit is suitable for extracting up to 200ug total RNA from less than 100mg animal tissue, plant tissue, fungal samples, bacteria, cells and other samples.
