This product is suitable for the recovery of 60bp-20Kbp DNA fragments from agarose gels of various concentrations. In addition, this product is also suitable for the recovery of purified DNA from PCR products, enzymatic reaction solutions, or crude DNA (including genomic DNA) obtained by various methods. The kit uses silica gel column purification technology, which can complete the purification work in 10~15 minutes. With a DNA recovery efficiency of up to 80%, the purified DNA can be directly used for automated sequencing, ligation, digestion, PCR, labeling, and more.
