Hipure universal miRNA kit is suitable for the extraction of high purity small RNA (smrna (< 200nt) from various biological samples. The whole process takes only 50 minutes by combining the high efficiency magzol real one-step extraction reagent and silica gel column purification technology. The kit is suitable for the cultivation of small and medium molecular RNA of bacteria from ＜ 1x 107 eukaryotic cells, < 50mg of animal tissues, < 100mg of plant tissue, < 5 x107 yeast culture cells and ＜ 1 x109 bacterial small and medium molecular RNA (< 200nt). The RNA can be used for chip analysis, Northern hybridization, RT-PCR and so on. In addition, the method can also obtain large molecular RNA or total RNA, which can meet different requirements of users.
