This product is suitable for extracting total DNA from 1~20mg of animal tissue and less than 5 x 106 cultured cell samples. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, and there is no need to use toxic phenol chloroform extraction in the extraction process, and there is no need to carry out time-consuming alcohol precipitation, and the whole extraction process only takes 30~60 minutes. The resulting DNA can be directly used for PCR, Southern Blot, viral DNA detection and other experiments.
