HiPure Tissue & Blood DNA kit has been purified by silica gel column, which simplifies the steps of DNA separation from blood, related body fluids, tissues and culture cell samples. No phenol required - Chloroform was extracted without the need to separate the white cells. After the samples were digested directly by protease, they were transferred to the column, and DNA specificity was combined with hipure silica gel column to let the pollution flow through. PCR inhibitors such as bivalent cations and proteins can be completely removed through two effective washing steps. Pure DNA combined with the centrifugal column can be eluted with water or buffer in the kit. HiPure Tissue & Blood DNA kit can be purified from blood, related body fluids, tissues and culture cells to obtain genomic DNA, mitochondrial DNA or virus DNA, and can be directly used in PCR, quantitative PCR, enzyme cutting and imprinting experiments.
