Rapure kits series are products specially designed for rapid nucleic acid extraction by Magen company. Rapure uses silica gel column purification technology, and the extraction process can be completed by three simple steps of "binding washing elution". Rapure plant DNA kit is suitable for rapid extraction of total DNA from plant leaves, seeds, stems, roots, fungi and other samples. The whole extraction process only takes 30-50 minutes to complete the extraction of several samples. The purified DNA can be directly used in PCR, quantitative PCR and other applications. Rapure plant DNA kit provides two processes. The rapid extraction process is suitable for extracting 2-20 μ g total DNA from less than 100 mg fresh or frozen plant or fungal samples or 15-30 mg dry samples; the difficult extraction process is suitable for extracting 5-25 μ g total DNA from the samples that are difficult to extract or have low DNA content (such as dry samples).
