Hipure bacterial DNA kit adopts silica gel column purification method to simplify the bacterial DNA extraction process. The whole process does not need phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit is suitable for the efficient extraction of DNA from various bacterial samples. The purified DNA can be directly used for PCR, enzyme digestion, Southern hybridization, etc. The kit includes lysozyme, proteinase K, RNase A and glass beads.
